Our Services
Summit Lawns provides residential and commercial lawn care services in the Omaha, Nebraska metro area, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and pest control. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. We do not require long-term contracts.
Quotes & Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a service agreement. A service relationship begins only once we confirm the scope of work and pricing with you directly. Information you provide should be accurate and complete so we can serve you properly.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If a completed service is not excellent, we will redo the item in question at no additional charge. If you remain dissatisfied after we address it, you will not owe us for that service. This guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not cover conditions outside our control, such as weather, drought, improper watering, or pre-existing lawn conditions.
Payments
Payment is due as described on your invoice or service agreement. We offer easy payment options and will communicate pricing clearly before performing paid work. Late or unpaid balances may result in a pause of services.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages about your lawn and landscaping services from Summit Lawns. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Your use of SMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Access to Property
By scheduling service, you authorize Summit Lawns and its crew to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the agreed services. Please secure pets and inform us of any hazards, irrigation components, or sensitive landscaping in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Lawns is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
